Deer herd numbers have been down for the last several years, but are coming back.

Fishing

The reservoir and Stream near Sheep Creek Cove provide great fishing opportunities for the entire family!

Fish population is down now — So “Catch & Release” fishing with barbless hooks on artificial lures/flies is encouraged. 

Bait fishing (worms) should be for children under the age of 12.

PLEASE REMEMBER:  As per our Use Rules —  The taking limit for fish in the Reservoir and Streams is FOUR  fish total per DAY per PARCEL.

Please do not fish in the southern part of the reservoir during the fall spawning season (Note the times posted on the sign)
